An often sought after approach within industries such as power generation, factory installations and industrial plant services, lifting gantry systems offer a practical and effective solution to heavy lifting challenges. Our extensive fleet of lifting gantry equipment, provides a number of options when tailoring our approach to bespoke lifting requirements. Our gantry systems operate using a high capacity telescopic boom system, which can be configured in a variety of ways, utilising 2 or 4 point lift systems and a combination of lifting beam options, all dependant on the weight, dimensions, space and accessibility of and around the load. Our gantry systems also vary in lifting capacity ranging up to 900te, making them an ideal solution to for lifting and moving heavy loads, that may not be practical or suitable to be jacked from underneath.

Equipment fleet
In addition to our traditional telescopic boom, hydraulic lifting gantries, Allelys own and operate an extensive fleet of lifting equipment, which includes Franna and all terrain mobile cranes that range up to 550te. We also have an extensive range of jacking systems including hydraulic climbing jack systems, which are the ideal solution for jacking up from around and underneath heavy loads, using cylindrical rams. Allelys also offer strand jack lifting systems which can be operated from gantry systems, using a configuration of hydraulic rams, connected to the load through high capacity wire strands, offering added flexibility when engineering complex lifting solutions.
