We work closely with our customers to understand their individual needs and are able to provide support including bespoke design and fabrication, engineering and transport. All of our equipment is also supplied with a fully skilled operator to ensure safe and efficient operations and engineering backup if needed.
Hydraulic lifting systems from 100te – 900te capacity
Hydraulic lifting systems are a safe, efficient way of lifting and positioning heavy loads in applications where traditional cranes will not fit and permanent overhead structures are not an option. The lifting systems are placed on skid tracks to provide a means for lifting and skidding heavy loads with only one pick. Our latest 900te capacity system also includes a sideshift option for pinpoint accuracy.
Tower jacking system - 1,000te capacity
We also offer a hydraulic cube jacking system from Enerpac, the JS250 capable of jacking 1,000te structures to a height of 12m. This system offers a mechanically locked and stable jacking solution for large structures, fully synchronised in operation and able to be transported on standard vehicles.
Versa Lift 40/60 and 60/80
The Versa Lift is a unique forklift in which the frame extends in order to achieve greater capacities and is equipped with a removable hydraulic boom. The Versa Lift was designed specifically for moving heavy machinery smoothly and safely on solid surfaces for riggers.
Mats
Our mats are available in a variety of sizes from 3m to 27.5m in length, the largest available in the UK. The mats are designed to spread the load of the transport and cargo and can be used in a load spreading or bridging application.
Steel stool and bracing system with 400te capacity
The steel stools are to be used in conjunction with other installation equipment or used to support heavy loads directly. They can be used with bracing beams for taller applications or where more stability is required. The stools are rated to 400te capacity each and are available in a 500mm, 600mm, 1000mm and 2000mm heights. They have a footprint of 1000mm by 1200mm.
