Our heavy lift jacking and skidding systems provide the necessary capabilities to lift and relocate substation components such as transformers and relocate them in their desired destination.
Relocation solutions
When it’s not practical to jack up from around or beneath the piece, we can engineer a complete solution using our fleet of hydraulic gantry lifting systems, which range up to 900te and offer a variety of capacities and configurations, depending on the project requirements.
Allelys girder frame fleet are ideal road transport solutions for large substation loads to and from site and provide the perfect service to negotiate UK infrastructure. Our SPMTs (Self Propelled Modular Transporters) are high capacity trailers, excellent for transhipment or site moves of large or heavy loads across challenging routes and terrain, due to their advanced manoeuvrability and range of configurations.
Substation relocation support
Our relocation operations are supported by our extended fleet of equipment, that includes modular trailers, all terrain mobile cranes ranging from 25te to 550te and our Franna cranes with a capacity of up to 15te for smaller loads.
