Accredited by Alcumus
Allelys are pleased to announce that they have achieved the Alcumus Safe Contractor Accreditation and received their certification in December 2021.
Being awarded this accreditation demonstrates that the Allelys business is compliant with all the latest legislation relating to health and safety, equal opportunities, diversity and environmental management and shows customers that all policies and documentation meet the standards of the industry.
“Whilst the business is already accredited to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, we’re always striving for continuous improvement and ways that we can better support our customers’ requirements,” explains Michelle Higgitt, HSEQ Manager at Allelys.
“Our Safe Contractor accreditation now provides additional assurances to our service offering, joining 28,000 accredited members.”
Our safety performance is critical
As a business, we continuously identify, assess and act upon any elements that can be improved. Once an area has been identified, it is reported on, recorded, investigated and analysed. Any lessons learnt during this process are published for toolbox talks and safety bulletins, to ensure constant communication with our employees. Our management system is also maintained by our own team of qualified managers and is regularly audited by external parties including FORS and the UKAS accredited auditing body, as well as by customers.
The Alcumus accreditation was a way to further strengthen our service offering in addition to the ISO accreditations already awarded.
Alcumus helps organisations of all sizes to anticipate, manage and avoid risks that could endanger their people, operations and the planet.
