Established in 1959, Allelys is a family-owned business with decades of experience, offering full scope project solutions to our customer’s needs. Allelys’ experienced team of in-house engineers create bespoke technical solutions to our customer’s challenges.

Our hydraulic lifting systems ensure the safe and precise positioning of industrial boilers, often within confined spaces with limited access, where cranes cannot be used. In addition to our heavy lift jacking and skidding systems we offer hydraulic gantry lifting systems, which range up to 900te capacity and a lifting capability of up to 1,500te, achieving advanced accuracy and flexibility during installation. Allelys deliver the full factory to foundation service, offering expert project management and engineering across the project.

Installation services

Decades of experience mean that Allelys appreciate that the correct positioning and installation of heavy loads within the energy sector is essential. 

Our advanced skidding and lifting equipment is hydraulically controlled, allowing pin-point landing precision when lifting the load into its final position. Our fleet of SPMTs (Self Propelled Modular Transporters) is crucial when transporting equipment and loads in limited space, when advanced manoeuvrability is a necessity.

Transportation solutions

Within Allelys’ broad range of transport solutions are our girder frames; able to transport generators, turbines and transport transformers across roads challenged by weight and height restrictions. Our girder frames cradle the load between modular trailers to reduce its height and provide further route options when negotiating the surrounding infrastructure.

In addition to all of this, Allelys provide 12-acres of monitored, secure storage space. Offering both indoor and outdoor solutions with access to all main routes in the UK.
