Out of gauge cargo transport solutions

As a family-run business, our expert team takes pride in providing our valued customers with transport solutions for loads outside of a standard 20’ or 40’ transport vessel.

OOG requires specialist transport services to ensure your cargo arrives at the final destination in exactly same the condition as it left. An in-depth analysis of logistics and design is carried out by our meticulous in-house engineering team, who are always available to support and work closely with each customer. We offer comprehensive and careful planning of the complete project, which is fundamental to our success. At Allelys, we ensure safety is paramount and integral at all times, handing you the complete project solution with just one point of contact for clear and concise communication and planning.

Allelys are hailed, within the UK, for having one of the most diverse fleets of specialist trailers that offer an unmatched amount of trailer configurations.

We overcome challenges other companies can’t by developing bespoke solutions – designing and adapting our equipment and services to satisfy your specific cargo transport needs. Our varied fleet includes girder framesSPMTsmodular trailers, vessel bed trailers, flat top/drawbar trailers, and bogies. Our advanced design features allow our transport to travel via routes with height and weight restrictions that other transport solutions would be unable to achieve.

Supporting services

Alongside our equipment fleet, we can provide a range of services to support out of gauge transport projects. Our in-house engineering team are on hand to design bespoke transport configurations, produce RAMS and complete route surveys to assess the best route for the transport to take, including analysis of the structures on route and any street furniture that will need to be temporarily removed. We will prepare movement permits and liaise with police escorts as required. Allelys also have a fleet of escort vehicles available to work on projects across the UK.

Our knowledge and experience coupled with our commitment to investing in our equipment fleet and our personnel means we’ve become an authority on out of gauge transport. This offering is further strengthened by the storage and warehouses services available on our 12 acre site and the capabilities within our industrial services team to install heavy loads into their final position. Meaning that Allelys can provide the full service solution from one point of contact.
