Heavy lift jacking solutions

Allelys competently owns and operates its state-of-the-art fleet, which receives continual investment, ensuring we keep up to date with the most modern heavy lifting equipment. We operate and maintain a range of heavy lift jacking systems that can be engineered to provide a bespoke solution to our customers heavy lifting requirements.

Our climbing jack systems use heavy duty, cylindrical, hydraulic rams to lift the load from its position to a predetermined height ready for transhipment or relocation.  Our climbing jack systems can be deployed with flexibly to lift an extensive variety of heavy loads. This can typically include power generation components, factory plant equipment, bridges and civil infrastructure and many more.

Heavy lifting fleet

In addition to our jacking systems we offer a range of gantry lifting systems, which range up to 900te, that can be utilised to complete heavy lifting operations where the load cannot be practically or suitably jacked up or down.

Within our fleet we also operate strand jack systems, which like climbing jacks operate with a hydraulic ram. However, with strand jacks the load is connected to a series of high capacity wire strands which withstand the weight of the load during lifting.
