Mobile crane hire
The cranes within our mobile crane hire fleet range between 25-550te and are available on a short or long term basis. They are fully maintained, tested and certified and are always supplied with a certified and competent crane operator from the Allelys team.
Our crane fleet is based in the Midlands, but the design of mobile cranes means they are easy to transport to the project location and require little or no assembly and set up. If a mobile crane hire project requires a bespoke lifting solution to be engineered, including designing and fabricating specialist lifting equipment, our in-house engineering team are on hand to support.
Allelys customers have the choice to hire cranes on a crane hire agreement or contract lift basis depending on their requirements.
Mobile crane hire agreements
Under a crane hire agreement, Allelys will supply the equipment and an operator. The full responsibility of the lift is then assumed by the customer including, insurance, lift plans, engineering, additional personnel, documentation and ensuring that a safe system of work is adhered to.
Under a contract lift agreement, Allelys will supply the equipment, but also assume the complete responsibility of the hire. All supporting documentation will be created and supplied including lift plans, lift plan drawings, risk assessments and method statements. All aspects of the lift will be planned and executed under a safe system of work by experienced members of the team including crane operators, slingers/banksmen and lift supervisors. Within a contract lift agreement, the role of the hirer is to ensure that they are adequately insured for liabilities that they retain.
Crane hire support
If you require a smaller capacity crane, Allelys also have a fleet of Franna cranes to hire with a 15te capacity. These cranes are able to drive with a load suspended from the hook and are capable of working on projects with restricted space.
