JS250 jack-up system

The JS250 is a hydraulic jack-up system designed and manufactured by Enerpac and has a capacity of 250te per tower. Multiple towers can be positioned under the load to create a multi point lifting system. A typical set up is to position four towers, one in each corner of the heavy load, to lift and lower simultaneously. The synchronous technology within the computer control unit maintains the balance of the load. This typical setup provides a lifting capacity of 1,000te.

The JS250 is an incremental system, meaning that the load is lifted in increments, whilst barrels are slid into the system, lifted and stacked to mechanically hold the load and create the lifting tower.

JS250 specification

The computer control unit provides the precision required for any heavy lift project, from synchronizing the units, calculating the centre of gravity and signalling an alarm if any issues were detected with the stroke of the jacks or overloading.

Excellence Delivered

Case Studies

Each and every project is unique. Our vast service offering and extensive equipment fleet enables us to work on some of the most exciting and challenging projects within the UK. Take a look at a selection of our case studies below.

Allelys have successfully completed the transport and crane lift operation for the installation of a 146te Yankee drying cylinder at Shotton Mill in Flintshire.
Allelys’ AK912 mobile crane returned to the UK market to lift critical infrastructure at Port of Sutton Bridge. This project marked the AK912’s first project lifts since the crane underwent a full refurbishment.
Allelys has successfully delivered a turnkey solution for the transport and installation of critical equipment at the Lostock Sustainable Energy Plant.
Allelys have successfully completed the transport and installation of a 309.5te turbine, 326.1te generator and 221.8te transformer from Newport Docks to Hirwaun Power Station.
