Often utilised for lifting heavy industrial plant and power industry components during installation or removal, our gantry services offer a range of options to support your lifting requirements. Within our extensive fleet of lifting equipment we have a number of hydraulic gantry options ranging up to 900te. Each of our gantry systems has a variety of possible configurations that take into consideration, space, accessibility, height and weight, making it easier to tailor a more practical approach to your lifting needs. Depending on the weight and dimensions of the load our gantries can also be configured to utilise their high strength telescopic booms in conjunction with the appropriate slinging arrangement, as part of a 2 point or 4 point lift system, which adds to our flexibility when supporting your project.
Equipment fleet
In addition to our traditional telescopic boom, hydraulic lifting gantries, Allelys possess an extensive and varying equipment fleet, from which we also own and operate hydraulic strand jack systems. Which can be positioned and operated from gantry configurations to provide lifting options for more complex or restrictive lifting challenges. These heavy lifting strand jacking systems, lift the loads using high capacity wire strands attached to cylindrical hydraulic rams.
