further strengthening the company’s specialist lifting capability
With a maximum lifting capacity of 1,070te and a maximum lifting height of 12m, the SBL1100 becomes the highest capacity hydraulic gantry system in the Allelys fleet.
The investment provides Allelys with greater flexibility when developing lifting solutions for complex project challenges, particularly where access, space or site conditions may restrict the use of conventional lifting equipment.
Supporting a wider range of requirements
“Our investment decisions are shaped by the challenges our clients face and the capabilities our teams need to solve them. The SBL1100 will give our engineering and operational teams another option when developing safe and efficient solutions for complex lifting projects,“
commented Richard Beardmore, Managing Director at Allelys.
“Its capacity and lifting height will allow us to support a wider range of requirements, while giving us greater flexibility in restricted or challenging project environments. This investment reflects our continued commitment to providing our teams with the right equipment to work safely and deliver to the high standards our customers expect.”
The SBL1100 is a self-contained hydraulic lifting system designed to provide precise and controlled movement of heavy loads. Its modular configuration allows it to be mobilised and installed across a variety of project environments.
The new system will complement Allelys’ existing heavy lifting equipment and strengthen the company’s ability to support clients from initial engagement and engineering through to safe operational delivery on site.
