Allelys have successfully completed the transport of four silo’s from Corby to Fareham.
The silo’s, each weighing 6te, had a 4.2m diameter and measured 22.4m in length. Due to the length of the units, a bespoke trailer configuration was required. A solution was designed using extended wafer bed trailers with additional beams to transport the four silo’s in convoy across the 145 mile route.
